There have been some inquiries about a reprint. After investigating the costs, a small print run of 300-500 is plausible this summer. The price, unfortunately, will go up from $18.50 to $23.50. Right now, I’m looking for inexpensive warehousing and fulfillment to keep the cost from becoming higher.
